Dylan Scott is planning a fundraiser for his hometown, with proceeds to provide Christmas gifts for local kids in need.
Some of the artists performing include Morgan Evans, Lainey Wilson and local artist Barrett Pepper.
Tim McGraw was an inspiration for starting the event, because Tim's Swampstock took place in nearby Rayville. Dylan stated: “I have given a lot of thought as to how I could give back once I had the ability. With proceeds benefiting children in need in Northeast Louisiana during the holiday season, I decided Bayou Stock would be a great way to do it. I am really pumped over this opportunity and look forward to recreating and maintaining the wonderful tradition that Tim started back in 1994.”
Dylan is from Bastrop, Louisiana, and the show will take place in nearby Sterlington.
The full-day of all-ages fun will feature music, food trucks, and tailgating. The inaugural Bayou Stock Music Festival is set for November 17.
